You will receive an email from the Onboarding Bee letting you know that  the Onboarding has started.

What Branding Materials I should send?

If you have a Branding Manual feel free to send it. Otherwise, you can send us your logo, your colors’ code and any other useful information that will help us stay on brand with the posts. 

Why do I have to connect my Social Media accounts to SocialBee?

As part of the Onboarding we create 7 posts that need to be added to your Social Media accounts, otherwise they can’t be added in the SocialBee Platform. Don’t worry, we’ll set the content as “not approved”, and nothing will get published until you review the posts.

Who is eligible for Onboarding?

Anyone with a SocialBee Account. 

How do I get started?

Go to the SocialBee App and create an account (or log in to your existing one).

Make sure you have your social accounts connected under your Profiles.

Go to Concierge, select the Concierge Onboarding service for the main account you want to use this for and make the payment

Once you’re done, we’ll get in touch to get you started.
