This service doesn’t contain any copywriting features, so make sure that you will be able to provide us with a correct and coherent copy for every design request (if your design requests need one).
Regardless of how many design projects you submit, you will pay only the fixed monthly rate based on the subscription you choose. You will be assigned to the best designer to fit your needs after they deliver your design and you are happy with the result, you can request more!
We deliver a wide range of designs that have been categorized based on their level of difficulty into 3 types of services: Graphic Design Specialist Light, Standard, and Plus – check them to see what fits best with your needs!
For the first version of your request to be created, it takes from 24 to 72 hours (during working days) – based on your subscription’s turnaround time.
After you get the first version, make sure to offer you designer bee precise feedback so they can change the design in order to fit your vision.
Please bear in mind that not every design will look as you imagine it from the first try, that’s why our plans come with unlimited revisions, to make sure that your future design matches your vision.
Only for the brand you purchased the service for, this way you will work with somebody that will get to know your brand and your preferences when it comes to design.
The creative part of our hive will work to create your designs, at least one of our talented graphic designer bees who specializes in different types of design will help you attain the perfect design that you envision for your brand.
We use a ticketing system behind our email@example.com shared email, so we can easily manage our workflow, assign each email to the right bee, and work together as a team whenever it’s needed.
This way, when your designated bee is on holiday (yes, even bees need some time off from time to time), another bee can take over and have the full context of your business. Plus, whenever there’s a need, we can jump on a video call with you. Just let us know.
The intake form is a small questionnaire that we ask our Concierge customers to fill out, so we can provide the best services. Shortly after you fill out the intake form and you become a customer, we’ll email you the link.
