The Mission of the Position

SocialBee is growing, and our success relies on finding great people. That’s why we are looking for talented freelance social media specialists that can create powerful content for our growing customer base. 

In this role, you are not just a copywriter. You are a problem-solver that can craft useful content that responds to users’ needs. From catchy copy to visually pleasing images, you have what it takes to deliver SocialBee’s Organic Social services.

What you will do

Customer Satisfaction

  • Ensure a 90% (or more) customer satisfaction by providing quality content and customer support for your clients.
  • Maintain a timely, clear, and valuable communication with the customers.

Create and upload content

  • Use SocialBee’s tools and procedures to create and upload the content for your clients.
  • Periodically make sure the content is being published accordingly.

Implement strategies

  • You will monitor each of your client’s social profiles and come up with new strategies that will help their accounts grow.
  • Research appropriate #hashtags when needed.

What you will need for this role

Needless to say, a good command of the English language is a must.

  • Copywriting skills — You know all about (at least) the basic copywriting formulas and rules.
  • Proactive Attitude — You are solution-oriented. You ask questions and offer insights that help us or our clients improve.
  • Attention to Detail — You steer clear of language and grammatical mistakes. 
  • Resourceful Behavior — Like any bee, you are resourceful and committed to help our clients grow. 
  • Communication – You’re assertive, communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and while speaking.
  • Good Team Player You are reliable and can communicate well with every stakeholder.
  • Multi-tasking – You will constantly get questions from your colleagues and the customers, so you need to be able to easily juggle all of them at the same time.
