Is the Concierge Migration mandatory?

No, it’s optional. 

What do I need to do before migration?

  • share your credentials with us via LastPass.
  • connect your Social Media accounts to SocialBee
  • let us know more about what exactly you want to migrate. (e.g. RSS Feeds, Schedule) 

When will I know that you started with the Migration?

Once you share your credentials with us and connect your Social Media accounts to SocialBee, we’ll let you know via email that we will start the migration. 

Why do I have to connect my Social Media accounts to SocialBee?

Once that we migrate the content we’ll have to assign the posts to a Social Media account, otherwise they can’t be added in the SocialBee Platform. Don’t worry, we’ll set the content as “not approved”, and nothing will get published until you review the posts.

When will I know that the Migration is complete?

We will let you know via email that that the migration is complete.
